reflection on holiday greeting video

i think we did a good job on the editing and creating picking the greenscreen also the music and creativity. some thing i would have liked to have added to are video would have been moving title better music and better back round. i liked wat they did with the moving titles that it added something nobody else had it in a way made their video unique then the group with the bright back round it gave their video more of a upbeat and happier feelto them. well i mostly worked on editing and trying to see what nedded to be cut or was missing also tried bringing the music down because it was so loud you couldnt hear us speaking. i helped my partner by looking for the music editing and searching for the backrounds wich wernt in my opinion good because we where kinda rushing well we pretty much split most of the work half way 50/50. this time i would look for better stuff like music backrounds and site the things right when we find them because we didnt do that on this project when we tried to look for them again we couldnt find them so we didnt site them in our video.

it works by helping you be in places you are not or like if you are in your house you can edit it to look like you are at mexico. an important consideration is dont have any shadows and wrinkles. a problem could be again the wrinkles and shadows also when editing. the techniques that was easier was after effects because it was easy to edit. this workshop was fairly easy to finish.

title template

This is an example of an template title, which means they are titles thathave allaready been made. You might use this kind of title when in a presentation.

overlay title

This is an example of an overlay title, which means it overlays the clip. You might use this kind of title when you are going to show the title while the clip is going or just in the middle.

opening tiltes

This is an example of an opening title, which means it goes infrunt of the clip. You might use this kind of title when when u want to see the title osf the clip.

A simple cut in the timeline means that you leave a gap in the time line. When you cut, the other clips in the timeline stay spaced out.
A ripple edit is when you choose a clip and delete it and that automaticaly moves the other clips over. You do this by picking a clip and deleting it then it moves the other clips. When you ripple delete, the other clips to the right of the deleted clip move over and take its place.
Lifting and extracting are two ways to cut a clip where you want it at one time. To do this, you set in point and out pointto the clip you want.
Lifting is like , while extracting is like taking out parts you dont want, in terms of what happens to the other clips in the timeline.
This is an example of an deleting edit. I decided to move these clips after extracting so it woul fit toghether.

The difference between an overlay and an insert edit is that time does not pass.
You would use an overlay when you want a time to pass in the clip, while you’d use an insert edit when you dont want it to look like any time has passed. In this case the overlay edit works better because the insert.the foemat is wrong sory.

This is an example of an overlay edit. An overlay edit places a clip. To do this, you drag. I decided to drag the 2nd clip where I did because that is where it will go.the format is wrong sorry.

Project 2 balerinterview

I think I am getting better at uploading videos to YouTube. I did a good job of editing the video altough it is out of order. I should have put the clips in order so that the video would look better. On my next project, I need to remember to take my time on the editing.

One way I helped my partner was to pick out the clips that where good for this project. My partener helped me by picking out good clips and on the editing. On this project I gained a better idea about how to edit and upload video clips. What helped me figure this out was to look at the references on the San Benito home page.
